scholarships

As we recognize that budget restrictions may limit the training opportunities of local government staff, NORFMA will once again offer a limited number of scholarships to our upcoming annual conference to cover the cost of registration. A total of 10 scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis for applicants that meet the criteria.  Please see the application for details. One scholarship has been generously donated by Molly Lawrence.
